Since we believe our customers should enjoy the best customer experience, Akkooo is responsible for issuing a full refund for the money paid by the customer when the insurance is active for his/her order. If the customer does not choose the insurance, the refund is not active, and the refund only applies to orders that have been insured. Our insurance policy & fees are applied to damaged orders that arrive to a customer. Customers will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days after the supplier refunds the full amount to Akkooo. The fees will be applied for the payment gateway, and our refund is only in Iraqi Dinar, at the rate of payment made on that date.
Taxes are applied to your order based on the supplier’s location. They will charge tax inside that country.
Customs fees are applied to your orders when they arrive in your destination country. These fees are based on the rates provided by the carriers that ship your orders.
We do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
